Who we are

N&R Redovisning, an accounting firm based in Sweden, is responsible (the data controller) for the personal data described in this policy. For any question about privacy, email info@nrredovisning.se.

What we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email address, company name and message. We use them to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare an offer.
• Callback form in the footer: your email address, so we can contact you.
• Email: if you write to us directly, we receive your email address and anything you include in the message.
• Server logs: when you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to keep the site secure and working.

Legal basis

We handle enquiries to take steps you ask for before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and because of our legitimate interest in answering questions about our services (Article 6(1)(f)). Server logs are processed because of our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).

You do not have to give us any personal data, but we cannot reply to you without an email address.

Who receives your data

• Web3Forms (Web3Creative), which delivers the contact and callback forms to our inbox. Web3Forms operates from India and uses infrastructure providers such as Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner, so your data may be processed outside the EU/EEA. Web3Forms processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement, and transfers outside the EU/EEA rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Hostinger, which hosts this website and our email in the EU.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need to handle them, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client records are then kept as long as Swedish accounting law requires.

Web3Forms keeps a copy of each form submission for up to three years and then deletes it automatically. If you ask us to delete your data, we also delete that copy.

Our hosting provider deletes server logs on a regular basis.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email info@nrredovisning.se.

If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or any other tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so browsing the site sends no data to third parties.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
